Repatriate exposes RepatriateMinimumDeuterium but has no equivalent for metal and crystal, so both are drained to zero on every cycle.

This puts two of the bot's own modules in conflict: Repatriate pulls crystal off a production planet, Brain orders it back for the next construction, and fuel is paid both ways.

From a 3-day log covering 353 Brain imports on a 13-planet account:

imports containing crystal 88%
imports containing metal 56%
imports containing deuterium 32%

Crystal dominates because it is fully drained and immediately needed again. Deuterium, the only resource with a configurable floor, appears in the fewest imports. That correlation is the argument.

Suggested change: two per-celestial fields, symmetric to the existing one:

RepatriateMinimumMetal
RepatriateMinimumCrystal

Production planets keep a working buffer for Brain while still shipping surplus to the hub, and a round trip disappears from every cycle.
