I made a payment for a cloud server with 5 bots for $15 USD. The payment went through successfully, but neither the license nor the server is showing up. I need help.

same here... all the slack links are invalid.. is any admin reading this? i paid for the service and i'm not receiving the service.. i also paid for 2 bots and didnt receive the licence for it
