PAYMENT OK AND NOT CLOUD SHOWING UP

I made a payment for a cloud server with 5 bots for $15 USD. The payment went through successfully, but neither the license nor the server is showing up. I need help.

Same for me, i Had a running subsption, No license. Made a New payment and still no licens
