Bad credentials

I cant add new bot - tells me bad credencials, but if i login in ogame page works (same login and password). Any sugestions?

Yes the payment method always works, I think is time to stop paying for this crap.
Slack doesn't exist, same Discord or any forums not exist. There's no way to contact support to resolve the issue. Today I purchased a new license (the previous one was purchased 5 days ago). This did not help resolve the issue.
The same for me, the support does not exist here.
